Ten Tiny Dances: A Growing Movement Of Choreography For Small Stages

“Ten Tiny Dances – Cowgirls – Sara Jinks”

I found out about Ten Tiny Dances through an article about this weekend’s version in Seattle organized by Sara Jinks who appears in the above edition from a couple of years back.

As it turns out, Ten Tiny Dances was created by Mike Barber, a choreographer based in Portland, and now comprises official and unofficial events at various locations.

The video below will give you a better sense of the twice-yearly official event occurring at different locations but it seems to be taking on a life of its own and other versions can be found online.
