Cornell Bhangra Seizes America’s Got Talent Stage With More Than Their Smiles

“Cornell Bhangra – Live Show (America’s Got Talent 2014)”

Since I’m on vacation I’m getting caught up on some dance on tv [on YouTube].

This performance by Cornell Bhangra on America’s Got Talent totally caught me by surprise.

The performance features a form of traditional dance in a contemporary form that makes me think of Bollywood dancing, which probably shows what I don’t know about Indian dance.

Clearly not the least bit overwhelmed by the flashy surroundings, Cornell Bhangra seized the stage and eventually the judge’s stand!

Nice work and a nice breaking of the third wall by the unidentified, in this video at least, Bhangra B-Boy.

“Cornell Bhangra @ Worlds Best Bhangra Crew 2014”

“This is Cornell Bhangra representing Cornell University in Ithaca New York, performing at Worlds Best Bhangra Crew 2014. Cornall competed in a matchup against CMU Bhangra, and were crowned as the winners of this matchup. Cornell Bhangra also defended their title from last year as Worlds Best Bhangra Crew.”
